LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Kentucky is set to hold its second medical cannabis dispensary lottery on Monday.
Two Kentucky Marijuana Card offices have opened in the commonwealth this week, including one on Preston Highway. The other is located in Lexington.
