Indiana Farm Bureau announces retirement, new local management

INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is congratulating Kirk Johnson on his retirement after 36 years with the company and naming John Horazy to replace Johnson as agency manager for Steuben, Elkhart, LaGrange and Noble counties.

Johnson started his career as an agent in 1988 and was promoted to agency manager in 2009.

Johnson has earned many accomplishments during his time at the company, including earning 30 Trailblazer qualifications, 15 Top Ten awards, 21 Trendsetter qualifications, as well as earning the prestigious Diamond Achiever award in 2020. In addition, Johnson joined the President’s Club in 2003, the Lifetime President’s Club in 2016, and was the company’s leading sales agent in Indiana, Governor Agent, in 2008…
