Make it a double (feature): Perhaps the only thing better than the Normal Theater’s year-end holiday line-up is their month-long, rangy celebration of spooky season. They’ve got double and triple features all weekend: Nightmare on Elm Street, Hocus Pocus and Psycho are on, plus deeper cuts like Wes Craven’s New Nightmare and the experimental 1977 Japanese comedic horror Hausu.
