One of two individuals was recently sentenced in a Livingston County theft case. Thomas Chambers, 47, of Fairbury pled guilty to Theft between $10,000 and $100,000, a class two felony and was sentenced to two years of probation.
He was also sentenced to 180 days in the Livingston County Jail and must pay around $25,000 in fines and fees. The Fairbury Police Department said Thomas and Amber Chambers, 47, of Fairbury are accused of stealing money from a business in Fairbury between 2020 and 2021.
