BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) — Four law enforcement agencies in McLean County reaffirmed their commitment to the ’10 shared principles’ at a special event Wednesday at the Bloomington Public Library.
The principles were developed in 2015 by the Illinois Association of the Chiefs of Police and the NAACP Illinois State Conference and officially adopted in 2018.
