BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) — Abby Scott won the Ward 9 Bloomington City Council seat during the consolidated election on Tuesday.
Abby Scott received 1,393 votes and Roger Bedeker received 1,009 votes.
Tom Crumpler currently holds the Ward 9 seat on the council, but he was not seeking re-election.
Other seats up for grabs on the council include the Ward 1 seat, which will be filled by either Benjamin Zimmerman or Jenna Kearns, and the Mayor seat that will be filled by Mboka Mwilambwe, Cody Hendricks or Dan Brady…
