NORMAL, Ill. – The action was crisp on Saturday morning, as were the temperatures as the Redbirds worked through an 8-plus play scrimmage in just over an hour at Hancock Stadium. The scrimmage was the second of the spring for the Redbirds, who will officially close out Spring Camp ’25 next Saturday with their annual Spring Showcase scrimmage at 1 p.m.
The scrimmage featured several situations, including driving the field, coming out of the end zone, red zone, overtime and two-minute drills.
