LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police said a fight over loud music between a man and his father-in-law ended in a deadly stabbing.
On Oct. 17, around 2:30 a.m. the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to a report of a fight in an apartment on Decatur Boulevard near Sahara Avenue.
Man accused of killing father-in-law in central Las Vegas stabbing
At the scene, officers found a man identified as Alcadeio Del Carmen Pena-Perez inside the apartment, suffering from stab wounds to his upper body, according to the arrest report.
Pena-Perez shared a room with his son-in-law, Aristides Matute, 31. Documents said a witness told police that Matute was playing loud music, and when Pena-Perez asked him to lower the volume, Matute threatened to harm him…
