LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Repairs to a private water system within a residential community in Henderson have been made, according to City of Henderson Mayor Michelle Romero.
The underground plumbing repairs had been at the center of a dispute between Somerset Park residents and the community’s homeowners association board. The city agreed to repair the water system after initial statements that the neighborhood could be condemned .
