Cops: Illegal casino owner extradited to Charlotte County

PORT CHARLOTTE — A man charged with racketeering for allegedly running two Englewood gambling operations has been extradited to Charlotte County.

Police arrested Salim A. Qadir, 53, in Georgia after he was allegedly identified as the owner of Tiffany Square Bingo Hall and Cornerstone Arcade in Englewood.

He was booked into the Charlotte County Jail on Monday and released from custody on $256,000 total bond later that day…
