RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Firefighters are making progress on the devastating fires that are devouring parts of Los Angeles.
“There’s a lot of stress,” said Heidi Ruster, who is the CEO of the American Red Cross Northern Nevada Chapter. “In a lot of these communities, people can not go back into their communities. Whether there is still an active fire or if it’s just dangerous.”
