DDN – A Detroit man is facing a plethora of charges after Macomb County authorities accused him of shooting his ex-girlfriend’s boyfriend in Eastpointe and then firing at Eastpointe police officers outside his Detroit house as they were investigating the previous shooting.
According to authorities, the man disguised himself as a lady during the Eastpointe shooting on Friday outside the victim’s vehicle in the 15000 block of 9 Mile Road.
Shawn Davidson, 53, is being held in the Macomb County Jail on a $2 million bond after the county prosecutor’s office charged him with 18 counts in the two shootings, including assault with intent to murder, felony firearm offenses, discharge of a firearm in a building, tampering with evidence in a criminal case, carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent, and carrying a concealed weapon…
