EVERETT, Wash. — One man is dead and another is in jail after being accused of street racing on Interstate 5 near Stanwood Monday afternoon.
According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), an 18-year-old driver crashed into a semi-truck, killing himself, authorities said. A 20-year-old man, believed to be the driver of a second car involved in the race, was arrested at the scene and appeared in court Tuesday.
