MARYSVILLE, Wash. — A Snohomish County Sheriff’s deputy was among those involved in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 in Marysville early Thursday morning.
According to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, a driver behind the deputy failed to slow down for slowing traffic and hit the rear of the deputy’s vehicle.
Washington State Patrol Trooper Smith told KOMO News the crash took place in the center and left lanes of I-5 at 37th Street Northeast.
