The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office is reaching out to the public for assistance in the case of a missing man, Richard Naval, who disappeared on Wednesday. Naval, a 28-year-old white male, was last seen at Villa Fairmont Hospital in San Leandro and has not been seen since. A social media post from the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office described him as about 5′ 10″ tall and 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. Naval was last noted to be wearing a white t-shirt and gray sweatpants and was barefoot at the time of his disappearance.

Officials have expressed concern for Naval’s well-being, highlighting that he is at risk due to a mental health diagnosis and was without his medication when he went missing.
