LANDOVER, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Detectives in Prince George’s County are investigating after a man was found dead in a car near a funeral home in Landover on Tuesday morning.
The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) said that just before 9:30 a.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 7400 block of Landover Road.
Upon arrival, responding officers found a man dead in the passenger seat of a car.

A preliminary investigation revealed that the initial shooting took place in the 7100 block of Old Landover Road.
