The percentage rise in median sales price last year for completed transactions of single-family homes and condominiums combined in Pierce and Thurston counties from 2023 registered lower than the increase for all 26 counties covered by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, according to figures release Friday as part of NWMLS’s 2024 annual report on sales and listing activity.
The median sales prices for Pierce and Thurston counties for homes and condos combined rose 5.64% and 2%, respectively. For the 26 counties, the price rose 6.67%.
