Overnight, temperatures will hold in the lower 10s in Nebraska, but will cool into the single digits in Iowa to begin Wednesday morning.
After starting Wednesday with a lot of clouds, we’ll see a lot more sunshine in the afternoon. The wind will shift out of the south, pushing the coldest air back to the north. It could get a little breezy in the afternoon. Highs in Omaha should reach the mid 30s. Parts of Nebraska could get as warm as 40 degrees. Meanwhile, much of Iowa will only reach the upper 20s.
