LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) – Wet and windy weather will last into early Friday before drier weather returns Friday afternoon.
Lots of rain, cold weather and wind is going to take place into Friday morning. Temperatures will remain above freezing, so we’re talking about a cold rain and not frozen precip. The heaviest rain will fall overnight, though some showers may persist for the morning commute. By the afternoon, things will dry out but cloudy, cold and windy weather will continue. A general 1-2 inches of rain may fall across SWLA when all is said and done.
