West Sacramento’s Engstrom Properties Inc. has extended its reach a bit outside the Sacramento region to buy land for a property with a mix of uses in Marysville.
The retail development company bought 5.1 acres at 1317 B St. in Marysville for a project planned to have a four-story hotel, Grocery Outlet and Starbucks with a drive-thru, according to Marcus & Millichap.
“They acquired the property 30 days ago and there will be a groundbreaking in December,” said Vanessa Errecarte, a public relations specialist who works with Engstrom, in an email. “There is significant site work involved, with vertical construction anticipated to commence in the middle of 2025.”…
