Woman accused of crashing into Grand Chute house still without attorney, hearing delayed

APPLETON (WLUK) – A woman who allegedly crashed into a house while trying to get away from a traffic stop still does not have an attorney, so a preliminary hearing has not been scheduled.

Andi Anthony, 31, of Oshkosh, is charged with second-degree reckless injury and bail jumping following the incident Dec. 9 in Grand Chute.

In her first court appearance, Anthony refused to leave her cell and hid under a cell bunk. Thursday, she appeared by video in court without any issues. She returns to court April 17 for a status conference.

According to the criminal complaint, drug investigators saw Anthony and a male passenger get into a suspect car outside a Grand Chute business. The officer followed the car, and after seeing the driver improperly stop at a stop sign, tried to pull the car over…
