Baltimore weather: Breezy and cold with a chance of more snow by the weekend

Clear skies, cold temperatures and gusty winds will greet residents Wednesday throughout the Baltimore region as the area continues to dig out from heavy snows that fell earlier this week .

The National Weather Service’s midweek forecast calls for sunny days with chilly temperatures that barely climb or stay below freezing. On Wednesday, the high will be 29, with a low of 17 and wind gusts of up to 25 mph.

Thursday is expected to bring more of the same with even more blustery conditions as winds gust as high as 34 mph and temperatures stay below freezing at 31. Bitterly cold wind chills are forecast for Thursday night…
