Probation office files report regarding Marilyn Mosby’s home detention

BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) — The U.S. Probation Office submitted a report outlining regarding former Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, but the contents of the report are sealed.

The “12A Offender Under Supervision Report” was filed Oct. 22 with U.S. District Court Judge Lydia Kay Griggsby, the same judge who denied Mosby’s request to replace her home detention with a curfew. Judge Griggsby also presided over Mosby’s legal saga, including both federal trials. While the 12A report is sealed, the court docket indicates that Judge Griggsby did not take any action.

Jeremy Eldridge, a Baltimore-area defense attorney not affiliated with this case, said the 12A form “99% of the time” is not a good thing for the defendant, “because it is normally alleging some level of misconduct while on the court supervision.”…
