“Thanksgiving is a time to express gratitude, and our team deserves to be celebrated for their tireless efforts,” said Dr. John Strong, Chief Medical Officer of Legacy MD Medical Group. “Every person here plays a crucial role in improving the health and well-being of our patients. This small token is our way of saying thank you.”

The turkeys were also provided to employees of Vo Neighborhood Medical Clinic, which is committed to serving Imperial County’s most vulnerable populations.

The clinic provides supplemental medical services that are not covered by Medi-Cal or private insurance, including transportation to appointments and meal programs for patients in need.
