ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — A suspected DUI driver was found passed out behind the wheel in downtown St. Petersburg with two young children in the car, according to an arrest report.
St. Pete police found Lucaya Barlow, 37, unconscious with the car still in gear while stopped at a traffic light on Saturday.
