ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The St. Petersburg Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 75-year-old woman.
Tsvetanka Ovcharova was last seen leaving her home near the 1300 block of 34th Avenue North at approximately 11 a.m. on Monday. She went out for a walk and has not returned.
Ovcharova is described as 5’2” tall, weighing 120 pounds, and was last seen wearing a white baseball cap, dark leggings, and white sneakers. Authorities note that she does not speak English, which may make communication difficult if she is approached…
