A high-speed pursuit unfolded in Southern California as law enforcement agencies chased a suspected shooter across Los Angeles County, finally apprehending her on the 5 Freeway near Lake Hughes Road in the Castaic area, officials said. The suspect, accompanied by her dog in the minivan, even performed a U-turn and wove through officers’ vehicles, complicating the chase.
