2 people, pets rescued in 2-alarm San Mateo County Fire

  • One person was transported to a hospital for injuries

WOODSIDE, Calif. Two residents and their pets were rescued Sunday morning when their home in Emerald Lake Hills in San Mateo County caught fire, Cal Fire said.

One of the residents was hospitalized for smoke inhalation and was last reported to be in stable condition. The two pets rescued were also reported to be in stable condition.
