Haberdasher the Bootlegger’s Whiskey Syndicate
One of the main attractions at Haberdasher is the Bootlegger’s Whiskey Syndicate, an exclusive tasting program curated by the owner. This program allows patrons to sample rare and unique whiskey bottles that cannot be found anywhere else. However, for those who prefer other alcoholic beverages, Haberdasher also features an impressive Craft on the Draft menu. From exceptional Palomas to expertly crafted cocktails, there is something to suit everyone’s taste.
Formerly known as Singlebarrel, Haberdasher retains its unmarked entrance on San Salvador Street, now featuring the silhouette of a bowler hat and tie instead of the iconic wooden whiskey barrel. Inside, there have been some changes as well, such as the addition of another serving station and bartenders using retro-looking electric mixers to enhance the vintage aesthetic further.
When it comes to the cocktail offerings, Haberdasher has truly outdone itself. The house specialties, including the Sunomono, Tally Me Banana, Putter Up, and Sweet ‘Stache, are known for their unique and enticing flavors. From the umami and fresh Sunomono to the tart and tee-traffic Putter Up, each cocktail offers a delightful taste experience that will impress even the most discerning palate…
