DENVER (KDVR) — Several school districts across Colorado will start two hours later as the state nears the end of several days of subzero low temperatures.

The Pinpoint Weather team expects some of the coldest temperatures of the arctic blast to hit the area Monday night and into Tuesday morning. Highs Tuesday will likely get above freezing, but school districts are still preparing for the frigid morning.
Denver Public Schools, Aurora Public Schools, Poudre School District and St. Vrain Valley School District are among the districts delays school by two hours. So is Steamboat Springs School District , which said all schools will start two hours late due to the extremely cold temperatures.
Aurora Public Schools had already been on a two-hour delay since last Thursday due to a districtwide internet and phone system outage due to “suspicious activity.” In their announcement for Tuesday’s delay, the district said they have made “significant progress” in restoring service…
