PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – The Habitat for Humanity of the Mid-Ohio Valley is mourning the passing of Former President Jimmy Carter, who passed away at the age of 100 early Sunday afternoon.
Former President Carter and his wife Rosalynn served as volunteers for the organization for 35 years where they helped to build affordable housing.
