Lee Allen Fordyce, 53, of Mineral Wells, WV, passed away unexpectedly, on October 4, 2024, at Camden Clark Medical Center, WVU.
He was born on December 8, 1970, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Denver and Carrie Ann Leasure Fordyce.
