Amtrak apologizes after stranding 110 passengers

Amtrak issued an apology after 110 passengers were left stranded at Washington’s Union Station after their boarding gate was never opened.

“On Dec. 26, Amtrak train 66 traveling from Roanoke, Va., to New York departed Washington Union Station before all passengers were able to board.
