WASHINGTON (NEXSTAR) — Secretary of State Antony Blinken is raising concerns about the growing relationship between Russia and North Korea. It comes as North Korea tested a ballistic missile while Blinken visited South Korea Monday.
“We condemn the DPRK’s missile launch just today, yet another violation of multiple U.N. Security Council resolutions,” Blinken said.
