WASHINGTON, DC.- Following a two-year manhunt, on Wednesday, a 21-year-old Silver Spring, Maryland, man was taken into custody and jailed after being charged in connection with an early morning shooting death of a man that occurred on December 30, 2022, in Northwest, D.C.
