That’s pretty much the gist of what’s happened to one of the most historic programs in college football history as Lincoln Riley’s Trojans went to SECU Stadium in College Park and walked away with not only an L, but their third loss in a row and fourth of the season. USC took a 14-point lead int he fourth quarter after quarterback Miller Moss found Duce Robinson for a 26-yard touchdown to take a 28-14 lead.
That would be the final time USC got on the board in the game as their final three drives consisted of a punt, missed field goal and a turnover on downs. Sandwiching those drives were two Maryland touchdowns by Roman Hemby and Billy Edwards Jr. that gave Maryland a 29-28 lead and the win…
