EAST PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — Several police leaders graduated to the status of deputy chief or police chief. 57 officers from all across the state participated in the four-day training sessions at the Embassy Suites in East Peoria.
They focused on leadership, communication, and policy, all leading up to getting their new ranks and diplomas.
