A U.S. Marine charged with killing a woman and leaving her remains in an Alabama pond allegedly had numerous files depicting child sexual abuse on his cell phone, according to an arrest report.
Pfc. Willie Ellington , 20, who was assigned to Marine Aviation Training Support Group-23 onboard Naval Air Station Pensacola, was arrested in Alabama for first-degree premeditated murder in the death of Tshey Bennett.
Investigators say Ellington and Bennett, who was an escort, met up at the Sweet Dream Inn in Escambia County either on or before Dec. 14, the day she was reported missing.
