First Watch is planning a new location in northwest Pensacola as part of the ongoing Ransley Station development.
The restaurant chain’s representatives filed a development proposal with Escambia County on Sept. 18 to build a 3,900-square-foot restaurant at 8860 Boesch Lane, which is near an incoming Wawa location and next to another potential restaurant space.
They plan to have one access road into their parking lot that’ll also be connected to the other restaurant, which site plans suggest could be a new Chipotle Mexican Grill location…
