Seneca’s Italian Deli

Seneca’s Italian Deli, a new Gulf Breeze restaurant and market offering tastes of Southern Italy and Sicily, obtained its beer and wine license this month. Now, you can order a beer to pair with one of the three variations of an Italian sub that Seneca’s Deli offers, or a glass of white wine with an evening spaghetti special.

East Hill Pizza

East Hill Pizza’s pizza of the month is extra special because it’s a collaboration with new Pensacola food truck, EinSwine , now parked at Doc’s Hop Shop. The pizza combines EinSwine’s pork belly burnt ends with a bold barbecue sauce, tangy-sweet pickled onions, mozzarella cheese and dollops of homemade cheese sauce per EinSwine’s Facebook page.

“But the real star? The pork belly,” the EinSwine Facebook page states. “Brined for four days in a secret marinade bursting with citrus, apple, herbs, and spices, then slow smoked over pecan and oak woods to perfection. Each bite is a smoky, savory masterpiece. This is one pizza you *have* to try before it’s gone!”…
