The Children’s Home Association of Illinois is moving prevention and counseling services closer to downtown Peoria.
The nonprofit last month purchased the building at 311 W. John Gwynn Junior Ave. from the American Red Cross for $10, per a special warranty deed filed with the Peoria County Clerk and Recorder’s Office.
