PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — Friday night, Easterseals of Central Illinois held its 33rd annual tribute dinner at the Peoria Civic Center.
This year, Mark and Jodi Scott were honored for their outstanding service and commitment to the nonprofit organization.
