PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — Peoria Rep. Ryan Spain is making sure essential items are taken care of for those in need this holiday season.
On Wednesday morning at Rep. Spain’s office at the Peoria Illinois Central College campus, several boxes of diapers and wipes were dropped off for his holiday diaper drive.
It’s a tradition that’s been happening every year since Rep. Spain had his first daughter seven years ago. He realized first-hand how expensive diapers and other baby essentials are, and wanted to help those in need around the holidays…
