TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A man faces multiple charges for allegedly leading police on a pursuit that ended in a crash Sunday in Toledo.
A Toledo police detective said he was conducting a traffic stop on 28-year-old Isaiah Lucas. He drove away after failing to listen to the detective, he said in court documents.
