TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo Police and Toledo Fire crews are evacuating a one-mile radius and are telling people to turn around near Enterprise Blvd.
A 13 Action News crew set up near Alexis and Monroe and were told police have a perimeter set up in the area.
