Nearly 30 cats rescued from dilapidated home in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA A shocking discovery led to the rescue of dozens of cats in Philadelphia last week.

ACCT Philly says fire crews responded to reports of a deceased person to find an “overwhelming” number of cats living in the home.

Photos posted by the animal rescue organization depict a run-down home, filled with trash and ripped furniture.
