Lawmakers examine job creation programs in NY

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)–An assembly hearing was held to discuss the effectiveness of the economic development programs in the state budget.

New York committed one billion dollars to expand the Albany Nanotech Complex to help the state become a national hub for chip manufacturing. Part of that money went toward a high tech chip manufacturing tool.
