SCHODACK, NY (WRGB) — A Nassau man faces multiple charges following a burglary in Schodack Wednesday.
On November 6, 2024, at about 4:27 a.m., Troopers responded to reports of a past burglary at a business on Maple Hill Road. The investigation determined that Nicholas T. Layman, 29, of Nassau, allegedly forcibly entered the business, damaged the door, and stole items from within.
Troopers found Layman sleeping in the wooded area across the street from the business, in possession of the stolen items, and took him into custody.
