A home in Yorkville was damaged in a fire early Thursday morning in the 400 block of Shadow Wood Drive. No one was hurt.
The Bristol Kendall Fire Protection District was dispatched around 1:25 a.m. and was informed by a responding police officer that the fire had spread in the home. Fire crews worked to keep the fire from spreading to an adjacent house. Eventually, a ladder truck was used to suppress the blaze from above.
Firefighters were able to search the home and verified that everyone had gotten out safely…
