Dangerous winter weather could impact Cotton Bowl travel plans in Texas

Snow, black ice, sleet and dangerously cold temperatures – all headed to areas to the north of us, including the Dallas and Arlington Areas.

This is as thousands of Texas plan to hit the roadways for the Cotton Bowl on Friday. So why is this a big deal? Doesn’t it snow in Dallas all the time?
